Soon to Hit the Books

And they exceeded our expectations: They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us. (2 Corinthians 8:5)

With exams fast approaching and the end of the semester drawing near, God has once again shown Himself strong exceeding our expectations this Fall!

Our church has been abundantly blessed with working with 30 freshmen some of which have devoted themselves to laboring alongside us for the long-haul. We have seen God acknowledge our efforts to make disciples as entire denominations are now reaching out to our movement to learn how to make disciples that make disciples. They have heard about the fruit we are witnessing!

God has personally blessed me to learn how to be faithful with those He has given me to disciple! Below is my list of those I am currently working with, God has given me 18 young men and women to lead in their growth and obedience to Him!   img_1250

It has been such a blessing to see these lives grow so much in just a semester, whether it be deciding to truly search the scriptures, giving their lives to Christ, getting baptized, starting to read the Word daily, share the gospel consistently, starting to disciple others or even make the decision to pursue ministry for the rest of their lives! God has allowed significant breakthroughs in my life as He has used me to encourage them in theirs!

As we near the end of the semester the biggest prayer requests that I have are:

  1. For these I am working with to stay deeply rooted in their desire to pursue the LORD.
  2. For my support raising efforts to be fruitful for ongoing support, Germany and the Domincan Republic travels.
  3. For wisdom and humility.
